- Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto.
Has developed work in land‑use planning, the national ecological reserve, and the preparation of special programs and climate action plans.
At Floradata, he mainly performs functions related to soil and water management, as well as Environmental Impact Studies.
